Warranty Coverage

Pulse Cup products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you have purchased a product with a 10-year or lifetime warranty, those extended warranty terms will apply.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • 1-Year Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Year Warranty: Extended coverage for 10 years from the date of purchase, as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Lifetime Warranty: Lifetime coverage for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, as specified at the time of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products not covered under the specific warranty terms provided.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@thepulsecup.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Description of the defect or issue
    • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)
  2. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email to verify the purchase date and warranty coverage.

  3. Receive Instructions: Once we review your claim, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. This may include returning the defective item to us for inspection.

Return of Defective Items

If your claim is approved, you may be required to return the defective item to us. Please follow the process in our Refund & Return Policy Page.

Resolution Options

Upon receiving and inspecting the defective item, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Options may include:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
  • Repair: We will repair the defective item and return it to you.
  • Refund: If a replacement or repair is not possible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Please note that the following issues are not covered under warranty:

  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use or handling.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear that occurs naturally over time.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or repairs made by individuals not authorized by Pulse Cup.
  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents or mishaps.

Warranty Period

  • Standard 1-Year Warranty: Begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 1 year.
  • 10-Year Warranty: Applies if purchased at the time of purchase, lasting 10 years from the date of purchase.
  • Lifetime Warranty: Applies if purchased at the time of purchase, for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
