Our Story - More Than Just Relief, A Mission for Change
The Pulse Cup™ was born out of long nights and exhausting days filled with unbearable neck and shoulder pain. Like many, I found myself trapped in a cycle—endless cupping therapy appointments, costly massages, and acupuncture sessions—seeking relief that never lasted. It wasn’t sustainable.
Cupping therapy was the only treatment that truly eased my tension, so I set out to create a solution that was effective, convenient, and accessible. After four years of relentless development, I am incredibly proud to introduce The Pulse Cup™—a breakthrough in modern cupping therapy, designed for anyone struggling with muscle pain, stress, and recovery.
But our journey doesn’t stop there. As our brand grew, I witnessed a disturbing trend—competitors promoting messages like "Wear Your Bruises Proudly." As someone who has heard many heart-breaking stories from women of all ages, close friends going through DVO's (domestic violence order), and seeing young women on the news recently going through these traumatising experiences, I just knew something had to be done. Bruises from cupping therapy are the only bruises that should ever be acceptable. Around the world, millions suffer from domestic violence, their pain unseen and unheard.
That’s why we’ve launched The Only Bruise Acceptable campaign. With every Pulse Cup™ purchased, we donate $2 to Mission Australia to help survivors of domestic violence rebuild their lives. Your relief becomes their hope.
This is more than a product—it’s a movement. A movement for pain relief, for empowerment, and for change.
